Maison Cóisir takes its name from two words that sound nearly identical yet mean very different things. Cóisir — the Irish word for a gathering, a party, a coming together. Choisir — the French verb meaning to choose, to select with intention.
That double meaning is our entire philosophy. We draw from the richest traditions of French fine dining, Irish hospitality, and the world's great beverage cultures — and we choose deliberately from each, building experiences tailored entirely to you.
Based in Brooklyn and available throughout New York, we bring sommelier-trained expertise, custom cocktail craft, and a deep love of the table to every occasion.
